PARTIES
The Company and the Affiliate are each referred to as a Party and collectively as the “Parties” agree to the following:
NATURE OF PARTNERSHIP
The Affiliate will act as an agent on behalf of the company and market, publicize and promote its products. The Affiliate hereby agrees to work in the best interests of the company to help promote their products online.
TERMS
Affiliate will receive 20% commision on all sales generated via their generated links in the affiliates dashboard minus delivery and any taxes.
PAYMENT
Payment will be sent quaterly to Affiliates via bank transfer, Wise Transfer or cheque.
TERM & TERMINATION
The company reserve the right to change and terminate this agreement without notice.
