Test a small area of skin first to ensure there is no irritation or adverse effects. Discontinue use if experience any discomfort

  1. Wet the skin with warm water to open the pores.  Optionally you can also use a scrub to exfoliate the skin
  2. Apply Man Mud liberally to the area being treated.  This is a Mud Mask so is great for the face but is not limited to the face only.  For example if you suffer from acne on your back of shoulders it can be used there.
    There will be a slight tingle. This is normal but should not be uncomfortable. If any discomfort or adverse effects are experienced discontinue use.
  3. Relax as the Man Mud does its magic.  When it starts to harden but is not quite dry (tacky to the touch) you know it is time to wash it off.
  4. Wash off using a face cloth/flannel, soaking it in cool, clean water (Check out our great bamboo facecloth pack!)
  5. Finally tone the skin by splashing cold water on your face. Job done!  Repeat this once a week and no more than twice a week.

To do this we hand selected each and every ingredient. No fillers, no preservatives or parabens and all natural!  Learn why we chose each ingredient below.

Glacial Marine Clay

Clay accounts for over 40% of our mask.  We use it because it absorbs toxins like a sponge and expels them from the skin. It also removes natural oils that are often toxic.  An amazing exfoliant, it is incredibly good at removing excess sebum which is key to an acne free face.
Negatively Charged, it expels Toxins & Bacteria and contains 50+ Minerals & 15 of the 17 Rare Earth Elements.

Wintergreen

First 100% natural pure salicylic acid molecule and an alternative to synthetic salicylic acid. Anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, purifies the skin and eliminates sebum excess and erases imperfections. Can help smooth wrinkles which reduces the signs of aging.

Ginseng

Can help firm and help with the reduction of wrinkles. Contains high content of phytonutrient which can help protect the skin from environmental stressors such as UV rays.

Grapefruit

A natural astringent and anti-oxidant. The Vitamin C stimulates the production of skin collagen. The potassium in grapefruit helps to smooth wrinkles and fade age spots. The amino acids present in grapefruit also help to tighten the skin.

Formulated to get you clean and fresh this soap contains only the best all natural ingredients.

We have used sandal wood to give this bar a distinctive soft, warm, smooth and creamy scent so you will smell great after your daily wash, shower or bath!
We used coconut milk due to its high fat content.  This results in intense hydration of your skin and works fantastic for dry skin. Coconut oil along with safflower oil (also an ingredient of this soap) has, in studies, been found to have anti-Inflammatory and skin barrier repair effects.
And last but not least we also use our hand dug, sun dried, glacial marine clay which contains 50+ minerals and 15 rare earth elements.   We screen the clay used in this soap to 180 mesh to give it a little bit of abrasion which helps with exfoliation.
